Incorporated April 2001, North Pacific Properties Ltd. has been involved in the development of commercial and residential land in Alberta.
North Pacific purchases and disposes of land required for its related civil works contracting companies (see Prairie Roadbuilders and North Pacific Roadbuilders) and also develops unimproved land into both commercial and residential properties.
Incorporated May 1999, North Pacific Equipment became the resource company for the North Pacific / Prairie group of companies providing heavy equipment and support services necessary for the completion of major earthwork projects.
North Pacific Equipment invests on an ongoing basis in primarily Caterpillar equipment to meet the requirements of its related contracting companies.
